John Theodorou’s experience in the Cyprus property housing market spans over four decades. He founded John Theodorou Ltd in 1970 and began constructing residential and commercial properties in Limassol. He plays a pivotal role in the company by managing and providing leadership to the company directors.
Theodoros Theodorou
Managing Director
Theodoros Theodorou remained true to the family tradition and joined the company in 1988 after graduating from the University of Kent (Management Science BA) in 1987. He is responsible for the business development of John Theodorou Estates, ensuring the priorities remain client-orientated.
Anna Theodorou
Director
Anna Theodorou is a graduate of the University of Kent (BSC) Business Administration & Management. She oversees and is responsible for hospitality management, property rental management, and financial & operational management of all group companies.

John Theodorou Ltd Founded
John Theodorou Ltd was first founded in 1970 in Limassol by its present chairman John Theodorou and began its business operation in the car dealership and general trading business.
1978
John Theodorou Estates Ltd Founded
In 1978 John Theodorou expanded the company operations to property development in Cyprus, and John Theodorou Estates Ltd was born. It began with the development of several residential, commercial, and tourist projects that later on became the foundation for the groups direction and quality standards.

ISO9001:2008
John Theodorou Group received the International Certificate ISO9001:2008 to secure the quality of each project. This ensures that the properties blend harmoniously with their natural surroundings, and environmentally friendly methods are used whenever possible.

Best Office Development 2010 Award
The International Property Awards 2010 Bloomberg awarded John Theodorou Business Center as the Best Office Development Cyprus in 2010. Erimi Park Townhouses
In 2012, John Theodorou Group launched the development of Erimi Park Townhouses – a complex of four buildings consisting of 24 two or three-bedroom apartments. The complex is situated in Erimi Village with just 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Kourion. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2021.

In 20?? John Theodorou Group launched the development of the Bayview Annex project. It is part of Bayview Gardens and consists of 10 units on five floors.
